We have provider status with all Private Health Funds* and are members of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society.

CANCELLATION POLICIY
Appointments are available from 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday and BY APPOINTMENT ONLY from 10.00am until 2.00pm on Saturday.
As appointment times are highly valued by both Ken and his clients, please notify him as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment (at least 24 hours’ notice is best). This allows another patient to receive treatment during your appointment time.
If you do not notify Ken, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Ken Gordon is a professional member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association of Australia (CSTA) and the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS). He committed to adhering to the codes of conduct and ethics relevant to these associations.
Ken continually evaluates and reviews the effectiveness of treatments offered to each client. He aims to ensure that after several treatments (depending on the severity of the condition), the client is on their own and doing well.
He thrives on constantly improving and updating his skills through professional development, learning from evidence based research and leading experts from all over the world to bring the best outcome for his clients.
